सुप्रीम कोर्ट को गुस्सा आया Supreme Court got angry

The news is from the Supreme Court, it took four days for its order to be implemented, the Supreme Court itself will now see why it does not leave on getting bail. Advocate Rishi Malhotra suggested that there should be some arrangement that the order should be mailed to the concerned jail superintendent through the registrar.

So that when the order reaches the concerned jail, he can be bailed out immediately. The news in detail expressed displeasure over not being given timely justice to the prisoners after bail from the court in the Supreme Court.

The court said that this is negligence and now he himself will see why this is not happening. A bench of Chief Justice NV Ramana and Justices Anil Nageswara Rao and S Gopanna will hear the matter on Friday, taking suo motu cognizance of the delay of the district magistrates. On July 28, the Supreme Court granted interim bail to 13 convicts lodged in a case in Agra Central Jail, but they were not released within four days of passing the order.

A jail official said that they did not get the certified copy of the order, so it took time to release the convicts, so the convicts had to stay in jail for four days. All were juveniles at the time of committing the crime and had spent 14 to 20 years in jail, incidentally appearing before the Supreme Court on July 8, headed by Justice Indira Banerjee. Advocate Rishi Malhotra said that the prisoners have not been released yet.

Rishi Malhotra suggested that there should be some arrangement that after granting bail, the order should be mailed to the concerned jail officer, so that the information will reach the concerned jail immediately and the culprits can be released as soon as possible.
